A PrimeWest investment is an excellent way to diversify your portfolio. As a fixed-income product, PrimeWest pays all of its net income to its shareholders based on set quarterly dividend distribution. The residual income at year end is paid as a bonus dividend. The average return in our first five years was 8%. We have now provided dividends in 20 consecutive quarters and distributed over $3.5 million in dividends as of December 31, 2010!
